Mr Ormesher in Manchester and Jupiter in 1870

Mr Henry Ormesher in Manchester using his 5.25 inch refractor witnessed several eclipses of Jupiter’s satellites between November 22^nd and December 6^th 1870

In addition between November 30^th and December 6^th 1870 he observed two dusky spots on the disk of Jupiter again using his 5.25 inch telescope.
