SOTHEBY, WILKINSON,& HODGE will SELL by AUCTION, at their House, No. 13, Wellington Street Strand W.C. on Thursday May 25th the SILVER PLATE (above 1,000 ounces) and articles of Virtu, collected by the late John Fitchett Marsh esq, comprising plated ware, oriental, wedge wood and other china. Shakespeare relics some important bronzes, marble busts, marqueteric cabinets a large and beautiful portable equatorial telescope by Cooke and Sons, 2 microscopes, one a very fine ‘binocular’ by Smith and Beck fire screens etc.
