Another Bright Meteor Seen Over Huddersfield
On April 22nd
1903 Mr C L Brook at Meltham near Huddersfield, saw a greenish
fireball which lasted for 3 seconds. It exploded twice like a flash
of lightning.
The fireball seemed
to explode at about delta Cepheus and to have been directed towards
alpha Cepheus.
After falling for
about 6 or 7 degrees it burst out again with a beautiful greenish
light and exploded into a sort of nebulous halo.
